WATER WEIGHT LOSS - A water diet.... it is so simple. Water allows your body to flush out toxins, wastes, sugars, and fats. Drink a full   8oz glass of water in the morning as soon as you wake up, with 4 ounces of grapefruit juice or 1 ounce pure lemon juice. No matter when you eat, even if you want a snack, have a full 8oz glass of water 10 minutes before you actually eat. Then make a few rules...
1.) to always drink a full glass of water during your meal
2.) always  drink more water than you do any other liquid during your meal
3.) always have more water than any other liquid you consume throughout the day
