This nite a permanent circle I do cast
for working with the future and now - not the past
The powers of Universal Love Energy and Knowledge bless me
the powers fill this circle - so said - so mote (must, let) it be
Energies of all on this full moon night
empower and bless this circle with all that’s light
This nite a permanent circle I do cast
to know the wisdom of the ancient’s past
Embracing the powers of all that came before me
let my ears be open to your words, my eyes to see
I empower and open this permanent circle on this nite
blessing those who enter here with wisdom and site
This nite a permanent circle I do cast
Earth, Air, Fire, Water powers of future and past
- Set your watchtowers of the four elements - the four directions
Bless & protect all that enter of human, animal and of light like me
and guard us from darkness’s and negative that we do not see
Keep this circle’s blessing and protection from this nite
until I cut the circle, unbroken with my own might
Powers of light and all a permanent circle I do cast
let all intentions set here come to pass
Remove all negative that we may be free
to reach our path, that our eyes may see
We thank and honor thee always and tonight
for you love, wisdom, guidance, gifts, and light
with your power this permanent circle I do cast
by the gods and goddess named in the past
by the Fae, the elements, animals and even this tree
protect and bless this circle with your love, let it be
archangels and ascended masters hear my words on this nite
The universal love, Energy and Knowledge of blessings with your light
Blessed now this permanent circle is cast
with love, protection and power that will last
Opening each time you go to use the circle
- wave hand, cut open, use broom or wand to open the doorway in the east before you enter
We thank and honor thee always and tonight
for you love, wisdom, guidance, gifts, and light
Blessed be once again I enter this circle of power
Now recalling those I have set of the watchtower

Blessed now this permanent circle is cast
with love, protection and power that will last

I send forth my intention that will come soon to my sight

The empowerment of my intent that I set will now flow
I dismiss and thank all spirits - now you must go
For this circle remains open so the loving powers will grow
but no unwanted energy of any spirit will the circle ever know
The circle remains open but now all spirits depart - make it so
Put out fire or candles as you close and dismiss then
Sweep or smudge the circle, repeating...

that the power will grow and last
