SPIRITUAL NETWORK
MISSION: The Spiritual Network has been formed to offer spiritual guidance, services, advise, consultation; to offer information on spiritual subjects; to share wisdom and philosophy; to inform of events, meetings, workshops, seminars, and affairs; to allow spiritual people a place to discuss or post information and advertisements; and to offer on-line sales of services and spiritually related products. Our purpose is to bring the truth and words of Universal Love, Energy and Knowledge.
MISSION & BUSINESS: The Spiritual Network is the official site of ULEK (TM) Universal Love, Energy and Knowledge and the owner of the respective trademark. Although we wish we could offer services for free as a karmic endeavor it would be a phenomenal financial burden to do so. Charges for services and products assist to cover the costs of supplies, equipment, web hosting, DSL connectivity, telephone, utilities, taxes, advertising, production costs, training, credit card/on-line check acceptance and bank charges, licenses and registrations, and general business expenses. In 1982 we began as a group of individuals offering services/products, lectures, workshops, meetings, and hosting discussion groups. Since business began in 1992 the Spiritual Network has never been a personal profit to any member of the SN.
DONATIONS: The Spiritual Network accepts donations to aid in the cost of operation. The Spiritual Network is not an organized religion nor a not-for-profit organization but will use profits towards the purposes of the Spiritual Network and towards those of the Spiritual Network, including but not limited to, seminars, retreats, fairs, scholarships, family support services, community services, donations, and other charitable functions. No profits will ever be used for the personal private gains of any individual of the SN but only towards the benefit of the SN. SN does reserve the right to retain any annual profits in a savings account for future use such as saving enough funds to open a new location.
POLICY: As posted as a link on our entrance page, on many pages within our site, any and all visitors to this site agree to the terms and conditions of our policy, disclaimer, and waiver in visiting any page, making any purchase, or requesting any service or product. The Spiritual Network reserves the right to refuse advertisement, affiliation, attendance of an event/class/group meetings and membership to any individual, business, or entity, for any reason, at any time.

Unless otherwise noted, the person offering an indication of a health remedy is not a doctor. Consult your physician before you begin any herbal remedy or exercise program and keep your physician informed of the herbal remedies you are taking. Some herbal remedies may interfere with your current prescription medication. Ingredients used in herbal remedies may contain an item you are allergic to, always let some one know what you are taking in case you have an allergic reaction. Unless otherwise noted the herbal remedy should not be given to children or the elderly, although there are a few specifically for children and the aged. Always take the herbal remedy in the exact manner noted and in the quantity noted. Herbal Remedies must be taken for a period of time before the effect is seen or as noted. Just like all medicines, herbal remedies may work fast, or slow, or better, or not noticeably - depending on the individual person. Inform the Herbal Consultant of all medicines you currently take and all your physical conditions and ailments. Be sure to advise your physician. Some herbs may interfere with surgery and emergency situations. Please be wise and keep a list of all medications and herbal products you are taking in case of an emergency and you are unable to personally inform EMT or the hospital.
Please note that we are not responsible for disruption of service due to "acts of God" or technology in any manner that may cause a delay in your receiving service, an order being processed, or ability to connect to the web site for on-line lessons, workshops, meetings, chats, or any other event.
TERMS OF SALE OF SERVICES & PRODUCTS: All prices are noted in United States Currency.
On tangible items shipping must include insurance charges in case the item is damaged. This is to protect our clients and will be included in shipping charges. Opened cassettes and video cassettes may not be returned for any reason. Whereas any tangible item that is not an original art work or a one of a kind object is received damaged, Spiritual Network will offer a replacement, refund, or credit. If an original item has been damaged we will happily discuss options or offer a refund per the shipping insurance. We endeavor to make our clients happy and as such offer complete customer support.
Because many of the products sold are original art works or hand crafted items they are represented with details and/or photographs; for this reason every item is sold in a "as is" condition. Custom crafts and art are sold with the client having previous samples and therefore the client accepts the custom art/product 'as is'. No refunds shall be given on custom art/product items. Most art/design orders are offered as an e-mail sale. Please review the additional policy terms of sale for any and all art/tattoo designs by Kay Zahn noted in that section of the SN web site.
All sales are final on consulting of any type, divination or any sort, e-mailed art works/tattoo designs, and in all cases where no physical tangible product is being sold payment is due in full before the service is performed. Consulting and any information you may receive by a tarot reader, guide, spiritual leader, runester, witch, astrologer, interpretation, or diviner or consultant of any sort is provided for entertainment only and no refunds are given for any reason. Additionally note that since divination is not an exact science and consulting services may take time to research that your order may take up to twelve business days to be filled from the time that the credit card or transaction order has been processed and approved. Additional time to process custom orders and services may be noted on individual web pages or in the order form and in which case those statements of time supercede this time frame. Whereas no time is posted then the policy of this time from of a maximum of twelve business days after the order has been approved via the transaction processor or by other means of the monetary amount being received in full apply. In placing an order you agree to accept the possible length of time that the order may take to be processed and completed. Spiritual Network endeavors to process orders or to inform clients or order transaction problems as soon as possible but indicates that due to technology orders will not be processed until the moneys are received which can take three days for internet transactions or longer for personal checks to clear.
DISPUTES: If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact the SN by telephone or e-mail. To insure your transaction security we use PayPals to insure the highest possible method of preventing credit card fraud. If your reported stolen credit card was used to purchase an item through the SN, please contact us immediately.
WAIVER: In using any person or business within the Spiritual Network, you waive any and all claims of responsibility against the person, entity, Spiritual Network, it's employees, members, and it's owner accepting and understanding that you may not seek or lay claim to any compensation for any results of the opinion, information, consultation or your response to or action of receiving such. The owners, employees, and members of The Spiritual Network are not responsible in any manner on how any item, consultation, opinion, information, or herbal remedy is used. In using any product or service you waive all responsible from The Spiritual Network, it's employees, owner, and members and accept full responsibility of all actions upon yourself. No item(s) or consultation come with any sort of guaranty or warranty. All sales are final except whereas a tangible item/product is sold, but not including original art works or "as is" products, and it is therefore covered only by, and to the extent of, the written warranty posted on that site where the product was obtained or as expressed on the invoice.
