Space Rental Rates for the Spiritual Center of the Spiritual Network
in St. Louis Missouri
The amount of space rental per hour depends on how long the space is booked for per use
as well as reoccurring bookings at the time of the pre-paid contract signing. The space at
time of contract must be booked for all scheduled dates to be used and paid for in advance
in offer to get the lowest hourly rate. The space booked must include the half hour before
the scheduled event so that you may prepare for he event and earlier arrivals as well as
the half hour after the event to allow time for clean up and late departures. Therefore if
your event will be four hours long you will be paying for using the space for five hours
in total. Space is booked on a first come, first paid basis. Advance booking is highly
advised since the space usage is growing in demand.

Main Space
- Approximate front space size in front of counter: 17'x27'; allows for speaker/instructor
to be in front of audience at the counter and white board, will fit 20 chairs with two
isles or 25 with one isle or about a dozen people sitting in oblong shaped circle on
floor.
- Counter is 2'6" deep to allow for displays and materials with white board behind
counter. Dry erase markers are provided for your usage. You may use scotch tape to adhere
items to board as long as board is cleaned and re-surfaced (spray provided also) at your
departure.
- Back area behind white board is approximately 10'5" and can be sectioned off with
provided screen. There is a desk with lamp and chair for a more intimate seating and
additional counter space. This area also is used for your storage area during rental of
the space.
- A single restrooms is located to the left of the kitchenette. The kitchenette has a
small refrigerator, coffee pot, small tea pot for making hot water, a bottled water cooler
dispenser (you must provide your own cups), small microwave, and an additional sink.
Conference Room
- Approximately 18' square room with separate front entrance.
- Can be used with the main space or separately
- White, gray and deep wine painted for a professional look
- Round table seats six nicely using the large comfortable chairs provided
- Additional arrangements can be made to use multi-media computer located in the room for
presentations or internet use on a fast frame relay connection.
