To Advertise on the Spiritual Network

Having thousands of visitors a day:efugh out the site, the Spiritual Network is a strong well established web site. (See traffic reports below.)  In our new web site development beginning in January of 2003 there will be many changes including the removal of links throughout the site. Advertising banner placements will be on the main page, topic product/service pages and the link pages. Banner positions are available for advertisements see below for pricing. Reciprocal links policy will change effective 2003 Although we have a good presence in search engines (as shown in the below chart done on 02/05/03) once the reorganization of the web site is complete we will be resubmitting for refresh to these sites. during the rebuilding we found many pages had no META tags so once it is refreshed and re-indexed we are sure the search engine placement will be much higher.

CONDITIONS OF ADVERTISING

• The Spiritual Network has a reputation to bring honest and meaningful spiritual information and services to our clients. We will review each advertiser before placing the banner and reserve the right to refuse any ad for any reason. 
• Your site will be reviewed frequently and should the content change in a manner not consistent with what was initially reviewed or the site be inoperable then the banner may be removed at our discretion.
• Each site must have a secure purchasing system for purchases and/or donations.
• Sites must have an address, telephone number, contact, and customer service e-mail account clearly posted.
• Purchase policies must be clearly stated for your clients to review.
• You may change your banner as often as deserved if it is served from your server and remains in accordance to the size and conditions of advertising.
• We prefer if you are advertising on a subject page that your ad relate to the subject.
• Ad topics may include all subject pages, spirituality in general, spiritual health, physical health, and tangible products.
• No adult nature items or services or diet pills advertising allowed.
• If your ads are time specific the ad must be served from your server and kept timely.
• No pornography, hate, or cult sites will be allowed.
• Ad placement shall be based on a first come/first accepted basis. 
• Each banner or button will be linked to open as a new page to your web site.
• You must provide the banner or button for placement - professional quality preferred. (This service can be provided for an additional fee)
• The advertisement must be informative as to the nature of the business.
• No affiliate banners accepted as we have our own affiliate programs.
• Advertising must be paid in full, in advance. Prices noted are US dollars for the term of one year.
• Conditions of this advertisement placement/sale also include those of the Spiritual Network's Policy where applicable.
• No refunds or pro-rating will be given for any reason.
• Although we accept credit cards and check purchases over a se cure credit processor, we do not accept payment for advertising though these measures. Payment must be made with a money order or bank check and mailed to Spiritual Network, 2976 Kincaid, St. Louis, MO   63114. Once payment is received your site will be reviewed and you will be contacted via e-mail to submit your banner for advertising. Please allow amply mail time for time sensitive advertising. review will occur within three business days of receipt of payment and you will be contacted promptly.
• The Spiritual Network does not guarantee any though traffic due to your advertising. No claims as to possible sales or traffic are made. Purchase of advertising does not guarantee increased sales or traffic.
