Chakra Workshops & Lectures

Chakra Workshops and lectures are held locally in St. Louis, MO, USA but KayAhRa is available to travel around the world offering her information as workshops, lectures, seminars and consultation sessions.    The difference between a workshop and a lecture, in our opinion and for the purpose of this writing, is that a lecture is a presentation given whereas a workshop includes hands-on participation. KayAhRa presents the chakras as both a lecture and a workshop.

In the lecture you will learn . . .

• how our personal  perceptual filter effects the chakras

• vibrations of each chakra including symbols and sounds
• basics on how to heal and balance chakras
• using a pendulum with the chakras
• using gemstones to aid in chakra balancing and healing
• meditations for each chakra

Workshops include lecture with hands on application and participation of:

1. Practice of using stones

2. Application of sacred  essential oil blends

3. Group meditations

4. Group mantras

5. Practice of using the pendulum

6. Extended diagnpsis of chakra trouble areas and healing practices
