...This Agreement and your deposit must be received in order to register and reserve a space for Montana 2000 Spiritual Retreat and Vacation. Sorry to have to get all legal but we are spiritual people who live in reality - which includes the law and contracts.  ; - )  Basically the following says that you will respect others; listen to instructions and be properly attired for the activity; are aware of the possibly dangerous natural environment you will be in; that you are in charge of your own travel, food, and accommodations; the terms of sale and attendance; and that no matter what accident or injury may happen to you that it is your responsibility.

Attendance Agreement   for Montana 2000

This Agreement for Attendance is made between Spiritual Network (hereafter referred to as SN) and the person attending (hereafter referred to as Attendee) to encompass any and all manner of times, all events, workshops, classes, lectures, and out door activities that you will be in the association with the SN or it's associates.

NATURAL CONDITIONS OF AREA: It is hereby stated that the events will be held in and around the Condon Montana area of the United States. This is a natural wildlife area with an abundance of animals which can be dangerous to humans including but not limited to snakes, large cats, moose, and bear. Driving can be hazardous due to wildlife on the road including but not limited to deer, elk, and open range cattle. The SN states that you have been warned of the conditions of the natural surroundings. In signing this Agreement you hereby waive and release the SN, it's owner, and it's associates from all liability, immediate and future, associated with death, injury, or accident in association with the wildlife and natural conditions of the area or the activities you may participate, which may include but are not limited to, horse back riding, hikes, walks, swimming, and canoeing. Some areas will not have public restroom facilities.

WEATHER & OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: Many of the activities are to be held out doors or in a natural setting. SN is not responsible for alterations and/or cancellations of events due to weather conditions or 'Acts of God'. In the event of incumbent weather, when possible, activities will be held indoors or SN reserves the right to move the days events around in order to compensate for the weather.  You are required to bring your own blankets, mats, rugs, or pillows for outdoor seating. General weather conditions in July in and around the Condon Valley can range from 90ºF to 40ºF, and this can be in the same day.  This is normally the beginning of the dry season but mountain stream flooding is still possible; streams and rivers can be extremely swift and very cold and water levels can change quickly.

ACCOMMODATIONS, TRAVEL & FOOD: The Attendee understands that all accommodations and travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the Attendee and are not included. Furthermore it is understood that only two dinners are included in the package, as your choice of a predetermined menu as stated on the calendar of events, and that all other food arrangements must be made by the Attendee. Information posted on possible accommodations in the area are approximate prices and are not guaranteed by the SN in any manner. It is recommended that you make your accommodation arrangements as soon as possible as the area has limited accommodations and the time frame on Montana 2000 is during the peak of the tourist season in that area.

ATTENDANCE: You may choose not to attend any event or activity,   or you may be unable to attend all of the planned events but the package price includes the offered program and activities.  At time of deposit and receipt of this signed Agreement you must make choices as to which lecture, classes, or events you will be participating in. All reservations are taken on a first come first serve bases and as defined within this Agreement.  No refunds or rate reductions shall be given for your non-attendance, for any reason. You must wear appropriate attire for the activity or event. For your own safety, SN reserves the right to not allow you to attend an event or activity due to improper clothing or shoes. In signing this Agreement you agree to participate within the Rules of Attendance, as listed.

Rules of Attendance

• You must check no later than 4:30pm at the first event which will be held at Montana Charlie's on 07/16/00
• At check in, you must volunteer any information regarding prescription drugs that you are currently taking, any medical conditions that you may have, or any other information such as allergic reactions to insect bites that may be of any health concern. If you are diabetic, have a heart condition, or any illness or condition that may require an immediate health attention need while during an activity please be sure the group leader also knows of the condition and extra medication is given to the group leader in case you lose yours during the activity. If you have a communicable disease, including but not limited to hepatitis or AIDS you must disclose this information so any additional health considerations may be addressed.
• Schedule of events, maps or directions will be provided on the web site, in the registration package, and will be passed out again at the Open Ceremony.
• Group leaders are assigned to help insure your safety and a pleasurable experience. The group leader should be respected and the instructions of the group leader should be followed. In signing this Agreement you agree to adhere to the instructions of the group leader. Some of the outdoor activities may be considered dangerous and you following instructions may save your life or prevent injury.
• You may not depart from the trails or the group during any activity. Once you have begun the activity with the SN you agree to remain with the group leader for the entire length of the event. This is for your safety.
• You must wear proper attire. Hikes, nature walks, and horse rides require pants and proper shoes. Sandals are not allowed and failure to wear proper attire may prohibit you from attending. This will be determined by the group leader of the event and is not negotiable.
• In attending you agree that you are an open-minded spiritual adult who is understanding of others beliefs and practices. No profanity please. The  possibilities of adult language with discussionary topics such as Tantra and sacred sexuality between people or in a group discussion is possible. Please be sure you will not offend others present by discussions of such topics or use of vocabulary. No bashing, name calling, or attempts to religiously convert will be tolerated. If you are having a problem, please seek an SN representative.
• In case of any conflicts, please see an SN representative. If any disturbances or arguments erupt both parties will be dismissed from the activity and the registration may be cancelled without refund.
• Events will begin promptly at the scheduled times. If you are late you may be unable to participate in the activity.
• No alcohol or illegal substances are allowed in the Community Building.
• At the sole discretion of the SN, intoxication or being under the influence will forfeit your attendance.
• During lectures, classes, workshops, speeches, and presentation we ask for your co-operation and attentiveness. For the benefit of all attending, loud or interruptive disturbances can not be tolerated and you will be asked to immediately leave, forfeiting your attendance for no less than that event.
• Please note this is a spiritual retreat and vacation planned for adults. Since many nature based and open-minded people will be in attendance you are warned of possible nudity (sunbathing, swimming, ceremonies, and hot tub use for example). Nudity is restricted to private affairs and areas. Please speak to an SN representative if nudity is a part of your lifestyle or religious practice.
• There are no public restroom facilities on the hikes or horse rides; please respect privacy and have consideration. Due to needing to have some privacy for natural acts a buddy system is recommended due to the dangers of the wildlife in the area, else you should remain within direct and close hearing distance of the trail leader. You must inform a group leader or another who will be remaining in the group of your departure from the group.
• All outdoor activities require that you provide your own seating.
• Once committed to attending a lecture, class or workshop we ask that you remain until a break as to not disturb others. If you would like to switch attendance of events please see a representative of the SN to see if space is available in another.
• Meditations require that you wear no jewelry that could make any noise including watches that tick.
• SN reserves the right to cancel your registration without refund for fighting, disruptions of events, failure to comply with the Rules of Attendance, or breach of the Attendance Agreement. Any infraction, no matter how small, could result in your forfeiture of attending  one or all of the activities. Infractions shall be addressed immediately.

TERMS OF SALE: All prices are noted in United States Currency. For the offered package price, SN agrees to provide the facilities as noted  for   the scheduled events, lectures, classes, workshops, and activities with reserving the right to make alterations or cancellations as needed due to weather or facility problems or concerns, without refund since we can not control the weather, circumstances beyond our control, nor 'Acts of God'.

A $75.00 non-refundable deposit must be received with this agreement signed and dated in order to make a reservation registration for Montana 2000 offered package or a day event ticket.  Space is limited and reservations must be made. The deposit of seventy-five dollars is non-refundable. Original signature on this Agreement must be mailed to Spiritual Network, 503 Florence, Dupo, IL  62239 USA and received before March 31, 2000 to reserve your space and your desired event if the space is available for that activity. Please note that reservations are accepted on a first come first serve basis with signed Agreement and paid deposit. Space for many events and activities are limited. Limits of attendance are posted and will not be compromised for any reason. If for any reason the space for your desired event is full, you will be notified via E-Mail so that you can choose to alter the desired event package or receive a refund of your deposit.   Payment is to reserve a space for attendance to Montana 2000. This is a non-refundable package price to reserve the space to attend. If you can not attend after payment has been made you may, with consent of the SN and the signature of the new party on this agreement, transfer your attendance to another party.  SN does not guarantee placement or your choice of event registration without this agreement and deposit paid followed by payment in full to be received prior to June 30, 2000. An unpaid balance on June 30, 2000 will remove your name from the registered activity or event and your deposit will not be refunded for any reason. In event of non-payment of the balance due on June 30, 2000 it will be assumed that you do not wish to attend and your deposit will be forfeited. Payments may be made in US currency by US personal checks, US or the equivalent money orders, Master Card or Visa. Group rates apply to the group book including received deposit and signing Agreement for each party. One party must be fully responsible financially for the group package. The group rate will be forfeited if all parties are not paid in full by March 31, 2000. Your name and your reservation for Attendance shall be held with a deposit or until such time that a paid in full reservation has been placed. Therefore your deposit will hold a place until such time as a paid in full reservation is received. Paid in full reservations receive priority status.

No tangle items will be sold directly by SN, therefore if purchasing any items you will be making a direct purchase from the person making a sale of product or service. In signing this agreement you hereby waive all liability from SN regarding any items or services you may purchase. SN does not guarantee, endorse, or warrant any items or services in any manner.

DISCLAIMER: All of our 'talents' and people are gifted in their field, that is why they are a part of the Spiritual Network. WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Offered as part of the package including but not limited to attending lectures, workshops, classes, gatherings, dinners, camp fires, hikes, nature walks, horse back riding, swimming, and canoeing the Attendee hereby agrees to accept all personal well being responsibility and liability in all manners from any cause of accident, injury, or death, immediate and future. The Attendee waives all liability and responsibility in all manners from the SN,  it's owner, and it's associates. Furthermore, you waive any and all claims of responsibility  from the Spiritual Network, it's employees, members, and it's owner accepting and understanding that you may not seek or lay claim to any compensation for any results of advise, consultation, lectures, workshops, personal injury, or accidents of any sort, immediate and future. The SN is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of property in any way for any reason. You accept full responsibility for your own property. The Attendee releases and discharges SN, it's associates, owners, designers, and employees from any and all claims and demands arising from or in conjunction with use of any and all images, including video, audio, advertising, banners, animations, logos, alterations of all sorts, and photography of all sorts.
