Beginning the Path of Tai Chi
Learn the art of inner and outer balance and energy work while you experience a strength building no impact workout for your mind and body. Wednesday 7:00-8:00pm $5.00 per class

Chakra Meditation Workshop
Eight 1 hour classes explain the location, meaning, and function of the seven chakras; how to clean, straighten, and balance them; some specific symbols and sounds of each including mantras and meditations for each; and discussions of the area of the body they effect for health implications. $75.00, Thursday 7:00-8:00pm 9/16 through 11/4

Guided Meditation by KayAhRa
With love, you are guided through a meditation for a specific purpose. You are prompted to remember all the details and to obtain the knowledge that you need now. Each person receives different results, feelings, impressions, and reaches different levels of meditation. 1.5 hour workshop; Meditation for Health cleans the body for better health during this guided meditation; Past Life Regression to a past life that has meaning for you now 6/21, 8/16 ; ‘I Am Expansion’ connects you with everything and allows you to expand past the limits of your body, the building, and the world to an infinite expansion to touch and be part of all. 6/28, 8/23; In Contacting Your Guides you move to the astral plane to meet your guides. 8/9, 8/30.$25.00 each 8:30pm - 10:00pm

Meditation Workshop
This accelerated workshop with homework shows you various methods of meditation, reducing your stress, and allows you to reach your desired level of meditation for self-empowerment, better health, and spiritual concerns. 7 class workshop at 7:00pm on Thursdays 6/3 to 7/15 $50.00

Select and Program your Crystal Workshop
Crystal Kay takes you through understanding crystals; it’s energies, male/female, Yin/Yang, vibrations, and the uses of crystals so you can select a crystal then in the second workshop learn how to care for your crystal and how to program the crystal for you specific need. Two 1 Hour classes $25.00 Monday 6/21 & 6/28 7:00pm - 8:00pm - Wednesday 8/18 & 8/25 8:30pm- 9:30pm

Tai Chi Camp for Kids ages 7-14 from 6/14 to 7/16
2:00 - 3:30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for five weeks for a total of a 15 class camp. Camp size is limited to ten and taught with respect, love and motivation. Excellent exercise and self-discipline lessons. Sorry but private instruction is necessary for those with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities. $100.00 for camp

TaraStar presents the Tarot Workshop in St. Louis MO at the Spiritual Network Center in three 2 hour lectures, TaraStar presents the meanings of the major arcana and the suit meanings. A perfect class for anyone interested in reading tarot. Sunday 2:00pm-4:00pm 6/12, 6/19, 6/26 then again in August on 8/14, 8/21 and 8/28. The entire workshop is just $50.00 and you should bring your tarot cards. Space is limited so please call 644-5558 to register early.

ULEK Philosophy Lecture
