In entering this site, as noted on the entrance page to the site, you agree to our policy.
In ordering any item you agree to the terms and condition of sale as listed in the Policy and below.

• Images shown may not be the actual image size.
• All rights remain with Kay Zahn. Image(s) remain the property of Kay Zahn. All images, artwork, creative concepts and creations remain the property of their respective owners.
• Once an order is processed (this means the credit card order has been accepted) the image will be sent to you through e-mail,  in a '.jpg' format, without the watermark and larger than the thumbnail images shown here. 
• Designs are created for a finished tattoo of approximately five inches tall or larger. If you desire a design for something smaller you must indicate it under special notes in the ordering page. For the best design concept you should also indicate the possible location of a custom design for a tattoo so size and body contours may be taken into consideration when the art work is created. 
• Note that the order form does not indicate e-mail as an option and will default to a shipping method other than e-mail.   Some people have problems receiving larger e-mails and it is the client's responsibility to provide an e-mail address that will accept larger sized e-mails and to contact Spiritual Network if the order is not received in nine weeks from the time you received the final order confirmation that your credit card has been billed for the order. Once the order is placed please allow 6-8 weeks for e-mail delivery of custom art works.
• All art/designs are sold per the terms and conditions as listed in the ordering section.
• All sales are final.
• When you receive your personal order, you may then alter image size, as needed. You may use the image only for your own personal use. Images may not be reproduced in any manner other than for you personal use as a single tattoo design, a computer wallpaper, or as a single time printed version for framing.  
• You may not make additional copies, reproduce, sell, or use the art in any manner other than to make a single print for yourself to take to a tattoo artist for inking.
• Images are not sold as flash for commercial use unless selected as flash in the ordering section so that the shop name can be kept on file.
• Any tattoo shop or individual not authorized to have my art work will be pursued to the extent of the law. 
• Flash purchases may be combined with other images and copied but each design or flash page (if images are combined) must have the artist's name "Kay Zahn" and web site address clearly indicated.
• In purchasing a design you agree not to allow any artist/inker to retain a copy of my art work. If the ink artist or yourself would like to submit a photo with the inker's name,photographer, and the tattoo shop name I will be glad to show the work with proper credit here within this web site.
• For the safety of the art work - please know that your IP address may be tracked when using www.spiritualnetwork.net.
